Our Costa De Campo Peru project , progress page.  17 years later, we break ground. (on our owned beach property B06) Progress so far is plans all ready, and approved by Muni., and HOA and ready to build. We are at stage 1, see stage 1 photos at the end of this page. (just an example now) We are building only level #1 (floor) until we hit the lotto. (so far)  at 2034 Square-feet level 1. See the Artist Conception photo below, click them to zoom! ( B06 is ours , ocean front actual) this older photo lacks new paved road. To the South of our lot a super close by a nice huge pool. (for property  owners) called the club and snack bar. (2007 year) The CAMP is surrounded by security brambles and  then huge adjacent agriculture fields (corn, etc) north and east and huge Mala river south side that feeds our lake. Status: (All plans, permits done, ready to build now.) March 2024 Soils engineering and HOA sign off  of , home, septic , plumbing, water, electric, just got full Gen Contractor quotes. 3-6-2024, work begins now. (updates soon) July 2024,  pouring crete.
