Beach house build videos phase 1 and 2,

Phase1 early 2024

Phase 2, November 2024, sealer, primter and final painting over plaster inside and out.

  2025:

My punch list:
  • Spring 2025,     Phase 1: Done (  finished   1st floor )
  • Bought all new floor tile and cove base materials.(etc)  1st floor now tile is done floors and bath walls too. and stairs tiled  and plumbing, drains, sinks, and Commode's Done !
  • Phase 2 is all new glass and doors.  Done  then Wood doors are of Cedar. Varnished.  All Done ,  Some plastering was done to meet cove  base,etc.
  • BioSeptic needs plumbed in. Done , (and commodes too)
  • 2nd floor doors are now blocked with temporary plywood to stop birds from sneaking to 1st floor. done.
  • Phase 3, Electrics. ( done) 1st floor  lighting done , and outlets 250vac, and load centers first with new AC KW meter concrete base<   .
  • Next up,  front porch wide and steps leading up to it , concrete, all trash removed and new clean dirt and compacted.  Now done Dec 2025)
  • New 1st floor 6 interior doors, and bunk beds and new glass showers bath rooms Jan-2026 (WIP)
  •                  Bath room 1 and 2 with new shower doors and lighted mirrors.
  • Pending Side jobs to do, is kitchen counters and island and sink plumbing. (  LPG Range (island), oven counter, and Refrigerator, LG or SamSung)

  • 2nd floor is last and not scheduled. (for late 2026? years or future) (but tiled first is first. ,then windows, and electrics last.)

Status 2026  March, onward, is 2nd foor is being wired up now with GFIC AC power and all new pumbing (  See wiring job progress 2nd  floor

April 1st 2026 Walk Through  day and night views 1st floor.

Real progress:  99% done 1st floor.  (just kitchen sink missing)
All new Soil and machine compacted. Plus 8 stepping pads to the main road. (loop)  ,Interior doors done, (all doors done) 1st floor.


East side view above: Lots of clean dirt added,  5 or more truck loads, tons. Our lot limit is 60-ft. wide (20 meters?) but is 30ft wide home  Note: fire proof.
